Called for emergency repair of toilet leak. Basement ceiling below now damaged. Provided answering service all pertinent details. Were told technician would call us. After an hour and no call, we called back for status update. This time answering service told us Easterday NOT TAKING EMERGENCY CALLS today! Very disappointed with incorrect information and lack of customer service. Going elsewhere for help.????
New customer here. Finally got somebody to show up for an estimate for a service gas line for a stove. The employee who arrived was super friendly, knowledgeable and gave a fair quote. Installation was even done the same day! Highly recommend. I will be a repeat customer!
