Called Heartland to get a quote on a new heat pump as ours quit working. With it being an older unit with several issues in the past I believed it was time to replace the unit. The technician arrived onsite and asked me what symptoms were, then diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. They were prompt (and even early with a phone call to make sure I was available), professional, and saved us thousands by determining that we didn't need a new unit. Matt came out a few months ago to give us an estimate on a new furnace. We really liked how he explained everything to us and felt good about using his company. However, the service since that initial visit has been awful. It took over a week to even receive the estimate. We were told we'd get a few options to choose from but only got one. Several more days went by before getting the options. It took several calls and emails and waiting another week or two to get the financing information. Finally got it, applied and got approved. In the past 2 weeks, I've left voicemails saying I was approved, had a couple questions, but ultimately wanted to schedule then to install the furnace. I've never received a call back. Someone is trying to give you their business and you can't even call back? I guess you don't want my business! We've now opted to go with a slightly higher priced company who has stellar service! I can't imagine what it would be like if I use Heartland and needed service after
