We had a small house fire on x-mas eve. I was skeptical when it was recommended I call a company thats focus is emergency repair, but that attitude was unfounded here. From the moment Steve came out until the last of the crew left I couldn’t have been more pleased. It was simple to work with the insurance company with the estimates provided. While we wanted everything back to normal, we did tweak a change here and there. Repair masters was easy to work with and we even enlisted them to work another project while they were on site. I watched their progress every step of the way and they a great job. The room has is back to normal and actually, better than it was before.

Amazing experience and coordination with servpro and carpet weavers and got my basement back to better than original appearance despite the numerous hurdles that came up!!!!. Very accessible, courteous and epitomizes how a business should operate and live by customer satisfaction. Steve Lockwood, our representative was superb, knowledgeable and lived up to the reputation.
