I’ve had a good experience with RotoRooter in the past, so felt comfortable calling again for my basement drainage issue. The technician that came, Taylor, was very kind and friendly, professional, explained everything he was doing, and answered my questions as they came about. Matthew And the manager Randy came to our home to fix what we all thought was going to be a bigger repair than it ended up being. They quickly diagnosed what the problem was in our shower faucet, got to work completed the project and we’re on their way quickly. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They also pointed out a water cut off valve that might need repair in the future, and quoted us a price while they were here.
