The two guys that came out (so sorry, didn't catch their names, but I'm sure they told me) were kind, courteous, and did everything they could think of to unclog my bathroom sink. Turns out, the pipe is broken underneath my house. Which sucks. But they broke the news to me gently lol. Bedside manner is top notch ????
I had a possible “collapsed pipe” to the tune of $7700 quoted by another business. I called Steve Ray’s for a second opinion and they found all the roots blocking it up! HIGHLY recommend them! I wouldn’t call anyone else from now on. Service: Drain cleaning
Called mid morning and they were out in about an hour. Super professional, friendly and told me all about the repair before they started it so I could approve. The left the area super clean and they were very quick. Will definitely use again!
