Piyush came out yesterday to confirm that a new compressor was needed and came in today to put in the new compressor. He was knowledgeable, polite, and thorough! I am impressed at how quickly this job was done once the problem was diagnosed. Brian also was wonderful in calling/communicating each step of the repair, which gave me peace of mind. First appointment- Carlos was very thorough in attempting to diagnose the problem I had with my AC. He was also very professional, polite, and explained that he needed a second opinion from a more experienced technician. He called the dispatcher and scheduled an appt for another technician to come out the very next day! I very much appreciate his honesty and his willingness to get a resolution to my AC problem.
