Project was a complete tear-off of a low-pitch 3100 sqft residential roof, plus gutter replacement in July. Despite having to coordinate three trades to be on site in the correct sequence, work was well-managed and all questions were answered. On-site workers were considerate of extensive landscape plantings and kept everything clean each day. Roofing work was top-notch. New gutters are performing to expectations through several downpours. I called Countryside for a quote on a new roof as we had a hail storm in April 2023. Receptionist was great and Mike from countryside called me back next day. Was a great experience dealing with Mike. I submitted claim to insurance and Mike helped me throughout the process and even came out several times as Adjuster didn't know what he was doing. Mike also explained to Adjuster that new decking would need to be replaced to bring our roof to code. I can't thank Mike and Countryside enough as we have a new roof, new gutters and house looks great. Oh also all the guys working the job were super friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend Mike and Countryside for any roofing and gutter project.
