Andrew Scienski is more than a good plumber; he is a smart and wise plumber. I called him for a plugged drain from kitchen sink to outside drain/grease trap in our 60+ year old house in a northern suburb about 2 weeks ago. I was worried it was going to take a lot of time and effort to unplug the drain because I thought the only access was thru an old rusted plug to the 2 in. drain line from the sink. My past experience working at oil refinery with pipe and connections of all types had me worried. Andrew arrived and quickly evaluated the situation and first tried to clear the line with an auger from the outside. That helped but didn't completely clear it. He then came inside and used a smaller portable electric auger to try and get the rest of it. He had to open the P-trap under the sink and was able to clear plug completely from the sink. He did all this in less than an hour. The P-trap was reconnected and the sink drained better than ever. He knows his tools and when to use them and

Andrew came out because we got a kid's hairbrush lodged in our toilet, and it seemed like there was almost no hope in fixing our issue. With lots of patience, Andrew kept trying on tackling our issue, since the brush was stuck in such a weird place. We thought we would have to replace our toilet at one point, but thankfully after removing the toilet from its stand and putting forth the effort (about 75 min worth) the brush finally got out and we were spared the expense of buying a whole new toilet. I am very pleased with this business. We have used them numerous times and always satisfied with the work. We highly recommend them. Dan Ryan was an electrician that came to help with some new lighting and he was just the nicest person and very efficient. He looks like Santa and my kids thought the same thing and he was a doll how he played along. He has a warming personality that made us feel like we have known him. Very personable and communicated very well with us. He did such a great job and was a pleasure to have here. If you get the pleasure to have him come and do some work on your home you will not be disappointed.
