From my initial phone call to inquire on a complete tear off and roof replacement for my detached garage, Israel Martinez was professional, detailed, provided straight forward pricing and answered all my questions (of which I had many!) Israel kept me up to date at all times and the work was done in a very timely manner. After work was completed the entire area was cleaned up impeccably. D&M did a wonderful job. The house siding was in poor condition and there were two layers of siding that had to be removed and they ran into many obstacles. The weather was uncooperative, so the project was delayed. The workers and senior staff were professional and so wonderful. Israel, the owner of D&M, is one of the most punctual and reliable contractors that I’ve ever worked with and a really nice guy. Several issues came up during our complicated siding and roofing project for my 125 year old house and Israel was able to satisfactorily overcome most of the issues including multiple follow up visits for punch list items until I was happy with the finished product.
