Steve came out and inspected my roof after this recent hail storm. He was kind and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and was completely honest. From the first phone call with Heather to the last handshake with Mike after a job well done, the service was phenomenal. Heather was extremely pleasant and friendly and assured me someone would reach out very soon. Prompt would be an understatement. Mike (the owner himself) contacted me immediately. We planned to meet when the claims adjuster would arrive. After all of the drone activity from the adjuster, Mike walked the roof and while it may be a while for the gutters to arrive, Mike made everything look very presentable for the time being. Interactions with Mike was like talking to your best friend! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and when I offered to pay for what was done today, he said, "nah, it's like the roof....it's on the house". Once the report comes in from insurance, there is only one company I will call for repair! Ready Roof is top notch! My grandparents had them come to seal the roof around the air conditioner because it leaks. The roofers threw sealant off the roof, left paint covered steps and puddles of paint on the roof, and got paint on their HVAC unit. * As of 7/11/22, they cleaned the sidewalk and the porch up, but were unable to clean the roof without causing damage. They also refunded my grandparents $100 after I updated my review.
