Great experience overall. We had all new LED lighting installed at my office and the staff was professional and courteous of our work environment, especially since this was done during business hours. I highly recommend Trapp for your next project. We also used them to upgrade our electrical service at our home and had an equally satisfactory experience.
Owner was prompt in providing bid and upfront that they were busy and it would be 6 weeks. Received quote same day he inspected project. Scheduled date. Received call week before and day before to verify. Electrician arrived promptly. Cleaned up mess. Received invoice within 3 hours of leaving site. Will use again for bigger planned project.
