Tom was extremely knowledgeable and problem solved until he was able to professionally fix a pull down ladder leading to a storage area above my garage, adjust my front door so dead bolt is once again useable, and wired pull chains for closet lights. He is definitely a Jack of all trades.

DO NOT USE! Too many issues to list but initial estimate was $800, final payment was over $1800. List of 5 items to do. the main project was never completed. charged for items that were never used. he logged twice the amount of hours he was even on site. he spent 2 hrs "shopping" when home depot is less than 5 minutes away and the other place is 10. he needed 4 parts. after he "completed" the job, i had to call the "owner" for list of items I was being charged for and explanation of charges. took 4 weeks for him to call me back. never received a list of items. he did admit things were charged that should not be.. but i still haven't seen a refund. "owner" said he would get everything fixed. he sent another guy to fix the main job... nothing was done.. it's been almost 5 weeks and still haven't heard anything from them. Total rip off!
