Mattox Roofing

I had this contractor redo my roof, replace my gutters, and discard of a tree that fell on my house. The work the workers did was good, but there is a issue with scheduling. There were 4+ attempts on my side to have this contractor come out and complete all work performed and the entire process took over 1.5 months. Otherwise good job. Edit: It is clear Mattox cares about their image and their clients and is willing to help out after where needed. Brandon was easy to work with. My neighborhood had hail damage from 3-27-21 and a friend recommended them. I called for a free inspection and they were prompt. The contractor told me he wanted to be here when the insurance adjuster came to point out where damage was. The contractor, Brandon, worked with the adjuster and I not only got a new roof, but my two sheds roofs were replaced, new gutter's and helmets too. The process was so smooth on my part. very positive experience! Mattox replaced my roof after hail damage. I have not had much experience working with insurance claims and Mattox walked me through every step. They met with me and my insurance guy and they made sure that insurance covered everything that was damaged. They were very responsive, friendly, and most important competent. The roof looks great!
