Boston came out and was very professional and efficient with the service. Even educated us fairly new homeowners on some things we can do to continue to extend the life of a water heater. Great company great experience all around. Will continue to be members and customers at Peterman Water heater maintenance.

The technician (Spencer) that came over today was a super nice and personable young man who was very knowledgeable, and very professional as well. He did the annual Airco portion of my maintenance agreement with Peterman Brothers and did an excellent job. I believe my a/c is now running just about as good as it was brand new! Cool (literally)! I felt they (another technician had come by as well) went above and beyond by getting my two outdoor compressor units nice and level again! My property slopes pretty steeply and had some natural shifting/erosion by the units and they got me all squared away with fixing that. And when the servicing was all done, Spencer presented me with a detailed analysis (with very informative pics and text) of the health of my two units, and recommended actions. Sam was great, he was thorough both in his inspection and explanation of what the problem was with my sump pump. I'm far from experienced with plumbing things and made me feel really comfortable with the experience. He was on-time and honest and I didn't feel pressured. I'd work with Sam every time!
