Elijah was AMAZING. Extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. Plus, he is a local to the area so he not only understood what units would be best for my family, but he was able to explain it to me (I have no HVAC knowledge so this was wonderful to learn about our homes units). 11/10 experience overall. I woke up one morning to find that we had no hot water. We’ve been in our home for 4 years and had never had to deal with these types of issues before. Curtis Lowder was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the water heater/softener and what needed to be done. He and Alex were both at the house at one point during the day and they were both so great to work with. I also have a rambunctious almost 3 year old who enjoyed interacting with them both. Overall we had a great experience with Summers.
Kyle was prompt and attentive to our AC needs. Any questions I asked, he was there with an answer or knew who to contact so our maintenance was managed accordingly. It is good to know that Summer has Kyle on their professional staff.
