My mom had used Jeff Home Improvements in the past, and I decided to try them since my mom always had a good experience. I had the same. They were great from the beginning! They came right out and gave me a quote. Paul was so polite, personable and professional. The workers were very professional as well as they fixed my front covered porch. I barely noticed they were here! Paul even came by to check out the finished product! You can tell he really takes pride in the company, which was an added bonus. It was really great working with this company, and I definitely will be using them for future home projects!
This company installed new screens in May 2022. In August one of the screens ripped, and it is now September 17, 2022 and the company will not stand behind their work. In fact they do not return my calls, put me on their schedule and constantly are passing me around to different people. They have some kind of pre- historic type of communication system and management ! I’ve never in my life dealt with such arrogant & unprofessional business practices!!!! Stay away from Jeffersonville Home Improvements if you actually care about your home and want to have faith in the people you hire to work on your home. I would NEVER recommend this shady company to anyone for any service! I guess that’s why they are not part of the Better Business Bureau. I’m full of regret about my decision to hire them. Please don’t make the mistake I did, thinking I could trust this company and they were professionals. Service: Window repair
Gotta a new roof installed and everything went as well as expected. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Installers did a great job and cleaned up pretty good after. I did find a few stray nails which makes me worried when I open up the pool this summer and the kiddos are running around in the backyard. I think everyone of their installation crews should have a walk behind strong magnet on wheels to ensure no nails are left behind. Love the roof!!! Service: Roof installation
