A&R helped us out tremendously on a holiday weekend, long story short we had a problem and needed to figure out what was going on. Sam, the driver, went above and beyond on a cold snowy Saturday evening for us. We then had two more appointments with Ben to determine what our problem was. After the issue was found both Ben & Jacob went out of their way to help get to a possible resolution, including making contact with another company (as courtesy to both them & us) to discuss the findings. Honest, knowledgeable, & so helpful!! Only wastewater management company we will call from now on!!
Had problems with a grinder pump in very cold temps. They came out the same day and got it running again and informed us a replacement will be needed, but go ahead and run that one to failure and they will have a replacement researched and come up with quotes as our system is a unique set up. A few weeks later it failed and they made it out the same day, which was again very cold and installed the new one. Very prompt, fair, and knowledgeable service. I would definitely recommend.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. A&R came out to our house to complete an analysis on our septic system (which took them 2 weeks to do even though they said it would take them 2 days.) They informed us that we needed a new septic system, which is fine. I called to get a quote done on the septic system, WHICH TOOK THEM 6 WEEKS after they said it would take a week for them to complete. When I finally called a month and a half later, they conveniently told me they would have somebody out the next day (which they lied about) and they would have a quote to me by the end of the week (which they also lied about) A week later I call again to see where my quote is, and they surprisingly never did it and said I was on the schedule for the next day. This is where I lost it and exploded. This is NOT the way you treat a customer. I would never go back to A&R even if they offered me a free septic system install, they are completely unprofessional.
