A & R Wastewater Management

I had them come pump septic tank that went well. Was pleased with service. What I am not pleased with is my inquiries about other services I was told they offer. Have called them a couple of times about what the technician told me, I would have hired them to do additional work but they will not call back huge disappointment. This reflects badly on them. a yes or no is all I need. When it comes time to get tank pumped again in a few years this will be remembered.

A&R was very professional and curtious. They worked around my landscaping as much as possible and did a very good job of cleaning up the yard after the installation. I feel very confident my new system will last for years to come. Service: Septic system installation

Had problems with a grinder pump in very cold temps. They came out the same day and got it running again and informed us a replacement will be needed, but go ahead and run that one to failure and they will have a replacement researched and come up with quotes as our system is a unique set up. A few weeks later it failed and they made it out the same day, which was again very cold and installed the new one. Very prompt, fair, and knowledgeable service. I would definitely recommend.
