Recently, Church installed a new furnace for me that was supposed to be a one day install. Apparently the tech messed stuff up at install so he came back out another day to fix it, which took a couple of hours. Unfortunately he did not fix it correctly so they sent out the lead tech and a trainee (from my understanding) to fix his mistakes and this took almost 8 hours. Sadly, they still did not fix everything as the drain line has a leak that causes water to leak by the base of the furnace so someone had to come out yet again to correct it. Seems like everything is FINALLY done. I would say I am definitely concerned with their attention to detail at the very least and possibly the over quality of their work, should take that many trips to get a 1 day install done. My last complaint would be that if workers choose to take a smoke breaks I would have liked them to be careful not to track anything back inside the house. Nate was courteous and very professional. He kept me informed every step of his inspection. He was able to recommend and replace items immediately without a return visit.
