Expert installed my first basement egress window in Nov-22. I loved it so much; I asked them to install a second egress window in January of this year. Very professional. Actually answered the phone, showed up on time or early, and did expert level work. Replacing a roof and gutters is one of the most stressful and expensive decisions you’ll ever make as a homeowner. If you want it to be as stress free as possible, call this company.
I highly recommend Expert Roofing & Basement. Shane Borders came by my house today and found the root of our problem in minutes. He recommended that a tube of caulking would do the trick, without once trying to upsell us. It is incredibly hard to find honest waterproofing/remediation companies. These people really are the best. I hope that this will be the end of our water issues, but if I have future problems Shane will be my first call. 12/5 stars!
