Called on a Saturday or a plumbing emergency and was told that because I was not an existing customer, they would not help. Won’t be calling again.
Excellent service and they took the time to explain to me what they were doing.
Unfortunately I cannot give them no stars. Did not get a chance to do business with them, as they refused to return my calls. Talked to Todd in service , explained my needs, said he would call me back. No call back . Next day called again, left a message in regards to our conversation the previous day. No call back. Guess they are way too busy to return calls. Sorry. I will call another company. I am sure they will feel my needs are important. Word of mouth can do major damage.
