Hired Roof Pros to replace the roof on our new (90 year old) house and boat house. Initially intended to replace the skylights too as we thought they were defective. Crew arrived on time, set up efficiently, and immediately set about stripping the shingles. During the project we were told that the skylights did not need to be replaced, shaving a large sum off the bill. The crew also discovered that an addition of twenty years ago when the roof was last done had not been done correctly, with large gaps in the subroof! They repaired them beautifully. What impressed me most is the level of communication, from the day Leo inspected the roof, the detail in the prompt quote, the scheduling of our project in a time that fit with our schedule, the confirmation three days ahead that the time was still good for us, but especially, the detailed pictures of the issues they uncovered on the roof that we would have never known about!
