Shaum Electric Co. Inc.

I'm the assistant store manager at Rally House in South Bend, Indiana. We contacted Shaum about fixing our outdoor store lights, they sent one of their techs, Anthony Cenkush out. Anthony was super professional and went above and beyond to make sure the work got done. We've had several people out to fix this issue and Anthony is the only one to stay until he knew the job was finished. Anytime we have any further issue, we'll certainly be contacting Shaum and asking for Anthony. He is the standard that should be set for all employees. A++++++ Service: Outdoor lighting installation

We wanted to have an outlet installed above our fireplace so we could mount a TV there, simple enough. Well 8 hours and $950 later Anthony delivered our single outlet. EIGHT HOURS AND $950 for one outlet. I'm convinced he was stalling on purpose. This company will never be recommend by me. Service: Electrical wiring installation

Requested a quote and was told it would be 2 weeks before it could be written up. No problem except two and a half weeks later still no quote and no follow up. I let them know up-front we were getting other quotes. I contacted them and asked why we hadn't heard from them and let them know if they didn't want my business I would continue to seek other quotes. They email back and said since I'm seeking other quotes they wouldn't be quoting my job. Guess my money isn't good enough for them.
