Cassidy handled the incoming call professionally and gave me a time range to expect Frank. Frank arrive well within the given time range. He was courteous and promptly diagnosed the problem. He gave me the option to DIY the project or pay them to replace the bad fixture. I was charged one hour up front (NOT AN EXTRA FEE FOR COMING OUT) and Frank was in and out in one hour so there were no additional charges. Service: Electrical wiring repair

Requested a quote and was told it would be 2 weeks before it could be written up. No problem except two and a half weeks later still no quote and no follow up. I let them know up-front we were getting other quotes. I contacted them and asked why we hadn't heard from them and let them know if they didn't want my business I would continue to seek other quotes. They email back and said since I'm seeking other quotes they wouldn't be quoting my job. Guess my money isn't good enough for them.

Frank, who has been to our home a number of times, is always amazing for all that he has been able to repair for us!! Today he found where the problem was in our indoor riding arena to where the electric outlets are for keeping the outdoor troughs from freezing!! And after fixing that, during a snowstorm, he came in the house and figured out why a fan/light in a bedroom, that hadn’t been working, was put together incorrectly at the factory, and he rewired that part of it, and now it is working perfectly!!
