I’d like to give a BIG shoutout for Kevin and crew from Stay Dry Roofing!!! A couple of weeks ago we experienced a dampness on the drywall in an upstairs room, just along the baseboard…. We called Kevin, he came out as soon as he could and after careful examination on the roof and inside concluded we had an ice dam that would resolve itself. He came back yesterday because the area was still damp, he helped my husband get in the attic and he removed a vent cover to see if any condensation or water could be found!! I’d say that’s pretty amazing! We all concluded with this strange weather we’ve been having because the roof, now thawed, is in good shape it was indeed an ice dam…THANK YOU Kevin and STAY DRY ROOFING!!! ALL at no charge!
