Huge shout out to Mike McRae and the guys at 33 Carpenters Construction. My contractors that were already in our home working on some major projects, got thrown into a less than ideal situation and we were all blown away with their work quality, speed, and ability to make things happen in such a fast amount of time. They didn’t have to do that, but they did and I am so grateful because they got it done before the storms! If weather wrecks your roof, you call them right along with your insurance. Total pros. 33 Carpenters came out of the blue to help us!  And THANK GOODNESS!  We had roof damage from a pretty rough storm that blew through Ft. Wayne in July. I had called our insurance company, a few times. An assessor came eventually to inspect and submit a report. The very next day Mike McCray was driving by, spotted our damage, stopped and told me he could also submit a report of the damage, deal with our insurance company start to finish and he was certain he would get the whole roof approved.   He knew the who's & what's of the process to get our insurance to work for US!   It sounded too good to be true!  Yes, we were skeptical. I requested phone numbers of previous customers in our immediate area so that I could call for references and see their work. "Sure!"  All were very pleased with Mike's work and also with the roofing work itself, even a couple years later. True to his pitch to me, he did for them what he told them he would. Very nice to hear! Our first appraisal only paid $1,300

We reached out to 33 carpenters for wind damage on our roof after a different company just wouldn’t get back to us. Mike McRae reached out within 30 minutes and after telling him our situation he said he felt very confident he would get us a new roof. Even the other company wasn’t doing that and they weren’t any help in working with insurance. Mike and his team were in constant communication with me and our insurance and got us a new roof!
