We had a very difficult time obtaining anyone to assist until we called Hattersley. Mark came to repair a problem accidentally caused by a city worker. He was prompt, efficient and took the time to point out and explain some other issues he noticed that needed attention. I will most definitely have him back. What a great asset he is to Hattersley!

We woke up Christmas Eve to a very cold house as our heater was no longer working. I called a number of companies with little success. When I contacted A. Hattersley they informed me that they could work us in. It was not long before Mark arrived and determined that our furnace line was frozen. He was able to get it thawed out enough to get the heater running again. We felt bad that he had to be out in this weather to correct the problem but grateful that he was able to identify the problem. He also explained the issue with how the line was installed. We will be looking in to having the line reworked once the weather warms up so we don’t run into this issue every time the weather gets this cold. We much appreciate the quick response on a holiday weekend.
