Matt came to my home with the intention of providing an estimate for work to be completed later. It was determined the work I needed done was very easy to do. He gave me the estimate and performed the work immediately. Fifteen minutes later he was finished. He provided good customer service and even interacted with my boys who were excited to see an electrician at work. I had called this company to investigate a repair a power outage at one of my rental homes. It was around 4pm on a Wednesday and he stated that they would be out in a few hours. I assured him that it was fine and I was willing to pay for the after hours services. No one showed up, even after I attempted to call and text the number provided around 9pm. I had to call a different company first thing the next day and they were out within the hour. I will not call this company again. Service: Electrical power restoration
