Wow, Tim diagnosed my issue in less than 5 minutes and gave detailed feedback. Steve Biggs, part owner called me back promptly and helped guide me through all of my next options. Very impressed with the customer service. Chris and Jorge during the install were great. Very nice and efficient crew.
