While their installation went well, their customer service is awful. Almost 1 year later, I get a bill for a service charge even though their tech said it will be waive by buying the central air conditioner. I had to call 2 separate times arguing with them to get it corrected. The VP Steve was not as helpful as you think he would be. I would not recommend to anyone. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
I had new furnace and AC unit installed a year ago. Then today I had a yearly service done. I have always received excellent service, and professional care. I have used legacy for over a decade, and Legacy has always been like part of the family. Thanks again for another great service today????❤
Mr Matt was very professional. And shared with me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Very fair price even with ir being Christmas Eve
