North Side Plumbing & Heating

Called North Side Plumbing for some water leaking through the ceiling into the basement. The plumber did not do a thorough job and stopped looking for causes once he found a crack in the garbage disposal. He was repeatedly told that the leak happened when the dishwasher ran. He failed to pull the dishwasher out and check for leaks. He just replaced the disposal and did not run the dishwasher. When he left, he said everything was OK. When we ran the dishwasher that evening, it created a tremendous flood into the basement. A manageable leak became extensive water damage. Northside has refused to accept any responsibility and actually blamed me and lied and said that I never mentioned the dishwasher at all. We are now looking at having to completely tear out part of the kitchen flooring and cabinets and all of the ceiling in one part of our basement and having to file an insurance claim when this could have been prevented. This is not how you should treat loyal customers. Service

Dave was our service technician and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. North Side worked us in as a same day appointment and we were very impressed!
