My husband and i had considered doing new windows in our home in the past but never thought too seriously about it. We were settling in for the evening and got a knock on our front door. It was a gentleman letting us know that a roofing and window company (perfect steel solutions) was new to the area. He offered us to schedule a free quote. We scheduled that because we were curious about information on new windows. They scheduled the appointment for a few days out. We had our free estimate and gathered a ton of helpful information. We decided to go through with the windows. The lady and gentleman that came to do the quote answered any questions we had and showed and shared a TON of information on their product. Shannon, my sales rep., was very thorough, informative, and professional. Also, he took the time to answer and questions that I had and he kept me informed about the status of the installers schedule and followed up with me to answer any questions that came along the way. It is nice to have someone like Shannon who cares about the customer and what he does and not just about the sale. The installation crew was the best I have seen. They ran into problems with a valley that other roofers just went over and fixed the angle to make it work a ton better!
