This company was easy to work with. We needed structural work, the big kind. This company was able to set our minds at ease and deliver what we needed for our house. We had quite the project for Marc and his crew. They removed our existing deck and replaced it with our beautiful screened in porch, stamped concrete patio and built in grill area. Like all projects especially during this pandemic, we had to make changes due to material availability and Marc was extremely helpful with that process. We did end up going over the original time frame but again that was due to the current state we live in but he was still able to get us done in time for our daughter’s graduation party. It’s been 2 months since they completed the project and a panel is coming off and needs repair. Marc came out quickly and has a plan to fix it. Marc stands behind his work. We would definitely recommend Precise Building Contractors.

I contacted Precise after I had some pretty major storm damage to my home. Marc and his wife were amazing and friendly from the start! My job did take about 4 months from estimate to completion, however they were very busy and I did have A LOT that needed done. Their work crews were not in the way and were always respectful and friendly if they had an ask of us. They work that was done was top quality. They even VERY closely matched the original brick that was to remain on my garage. Marc always made it convenient for me to speak with him or meet with him as necessary for paperwork, or payment, or just questions in general. I would recommend Precise with total confidence for anyone needing contractor work completed!
