My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Marc, his crew and very helpful wife. Last December we had the unfortunate news while on vacation that our pipes busted and we had a major water flood. The reviews made it easy to pick a contractor and let me just say it's all true from what I read anyways. Marc makes it easy to get ahold of, and his crew did do an amazing job on our home. Work took longer than expected but my house is perfectly how I wanted if not better. I wish I had before pictures I only have videos but words don't do it justice. Thank you Marc.

In 2022 my residence was directly in the path of a very violent derecho storm. Our house suffered damage on the roof, siding, and side garage door. Marc stopped by our house and not only assisted us in getting the repairs done, he worked with our homeowners insurance as an expert on what needed to be fixed. We were so impressed with Marc and his contractors on the outside of our house, we also had them put in new flooring on our main floor. Marc and his crew are very professional and courteous. They show up ready to work and have always cleaned up the debris after the job is completed. I would strongly recommend anyone to give them a call for any home improvement project big or small. Precision Building did a great job on reroofing my home. Their price was lower than another forcompany. Mark, the owner, explained what would be done throughly and checked that all was done correctly. The crew had a large roof done in a long 13 hour workday and left no trace that they ever been there except for a great lookin roof. Would definitely recommend this company for your building needs!
