The news had warned everyone to make sure their systems were in good functioning order as we were going to get a severe wind and well below zero Temps. Here I am thinking we are all good since no issues in the past. Woke up to a freezing cold home in the 50's inside and no working furnace. I contacted Pro Comfort & Heating to see if they could help. On short notice they not only were able to come to our home but were able to temporarily get the furnace working til the part came in. Casey our tech was amazing, friendly and knew exactly what she was doing to get us up and working. Services: Heating system repair, Heating equipment repair & installation, Heating system maintenance
We needed more Freon, they provide a replacement for r22. Casey did a great job. She took time to answer my questions and gave extra insight. Service: A/C system repair
