My air went completely out today during my lunch hour, while calling my home maintenance plan and setting up case, Pro Comfort called to set up an appointment. Casey C. came over and figured out the problem; wired up equipment so I can have air during the weekend as we wait for the part to be delivered. Casey was professional and very pleasant and I was just happy to get this appointment and air on a Friday afternoon all within my lunch time. Thank you LA Service: Repair HVAC
We needed more Freon, they provide a replacement for r22. Casey did a great job. She took time to answer my questions and gave extra insight. Service: A/C system repair
Casey came today for our annual furnace maintenance and discovered housing cracks. She took pictures of the cracks, measured for a new unit and made the whole process so easy.
