I discovered that the roof on a home I had just purchased was leaking horribly. Chuck made it out the same day while it was raining and was able to tell me what needed fixed and write up an estimate. He seemed very knowledgeable about my project, and knew exactly how to fix the issue. They helped me out of a tough situation and I appreciate that!
