Installation of the First unit didn't go as planned. I didn't turn on the unit for a week or so after Installation and when I did it didn't work. A tech came out that very night and determined that the unit was bad and he would get a new one from the shop in the morning. The next day I was told they could not locate the driver and the new unit didn't arrive until 3:30 pm but it was installed that night. The air worked fine for a couple of days and last night it quit again. I checked the unit and the line outside was frozen. Called trouble serice and spoke with someone that said a tech would call back with a time for an inspection. I didn't hear from anyone so I called the installer about the situation. He told me he would be here in the morning and that they might have to replace the coil. He along with another tech showed up and the other tech, Chase, found a leak and he stayed here until the unit was up and running.
