We had a bit of an emergency over the weekend. Our water heater broke and because the intake valve was broken, it meant we had to turn water off to the whole house. As it was the weekend, emergency service was needed. The places that could come tacked one a large fee for it. Then we called Roto Rooter. Rob got us a better unit, lower price and it was installed within 3 hours of calling. Before you get a water heater or plumbing service somewhere else, call Roto Rooter!
Dakota was a very knowledgeable, helpful and professional service technician. He was able to fix our draining issue and offer many tips how to avoid this issue in the future. If more issues arise we would be happy to use roto-rooter again. Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning
