The scheduled worker was tied up on another call, but Calvin came soon after I let the office know we were still waiting for our scheduled appointment. He and a helper stayed on our job to complete the installation of a new water heater! We very much appreciate his diligence in seeing to it that our needs were met as promised. 3 stars because they were not able to unclog the drain, and because I specifically mentioned to the woman taking calls that I would need a camera to see what the clog in my drain was, but they don't have a camera. The actual service guy was great. On time, listened as I told him what the problem was, and didn't try to do unnecessary work. He unfortunately doesn't have a camera so couldn't fix the clogged drain. My review is mixed as I would use them again, just not for difficult plumbing jobs. My main feed back would be to train the person answering the phone on what types of service your company can actually do regarding plumbing. It would have been nice if she would have told me you guys don't have camera equipment. I could have just called a different plumber. Services: Toilet repair, Drain cleaning
