Jeremy was wonderful I would recommend Bills Heating to anyone needing their services. I have zero complaints and I hope I get the same service tech every time I need their services. Christian was very helpful, prompt and took care of our issue very quickly. He tested our line two times to double check that it was properly open. He gave good guidance of how to keep our drain clear in future. Glad to be able to wash dishes again. Who says that? Even so, I'm glad.

Tracey the dispatcher was on point with communication so I knew exactly when the technician was going to be out and didn’t have to miss work. Kyle the technician who came out was AMAZING! He explained everything that was happening in terms I could understand. He was very personable and yet professional. He got my AC back up and running in no time at all.
