Absolutely the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Very reasonable prices and professional. Doug was super helpful and gave me all my options so that I could make the best decision for my budget. No pushy sales pitch! My ac stopped working, I put in a request for a repair man over the weekend, someone called me Monday morning and someone was at my house in less than an hour and fixed my unit. We called a different heating service yesterday because the pilot light had gone out on our furnace and wouldn't stay lit, plus we could smell gas. They were supposed to send someone to our house today, but their main worker was home sick and couldn't make it. The owner referred us to The Mechanical Man, so I called them today, about 2:00 in the afternoon on a Friday. They had someone out here within two hours and he took care of the problem! Contacted Mechanical Man to install 2 patio fans that I had purchased. After some negotiations, we came to an agreement on price. Upon completion, the fans worked as I requested, I am pleased with the installation.
