We had a new water softener installed at my mom’s house. The technician was friendly, professional, and explained the whole process.
Had them install a sump pump in the basement + create the hole for it. Price was less than desirable, but so is a basement that backs up and floods your new furnace. All in all, the quality of work was excellent, and they were generous with their time, making sure everything was right - even after the job was "done." For superior service, I would gladly pay what I did again.
