I was impressed with them for several reasons: three generation family business, their quote was 1/3 less than a big residential electrical company in South Bend, and ultimately the work was done correctly the first time. They are my "go to" electric company from now on.

I gave Nick's a call, and was put in contact with Wes. I explained my situation, being a broken external outlet. He offered some basic information on how to fix the problem before coming out, which I did attempt. My job was a quick one, so Wes let me know he'd fit me in between other jobs. When Wes arrived, the problem had resolved itself. Nick doublechecked and ensured that the problem would stay fixed. When I tried to pay him for his time, and making the trip, he politely declined.
