Called allegiance because of all the good reviews here. We had water leaking from the AC unit in the basement. One of their technicians showed up 31 August 2022. He diagnosed it as a clogged condensation drain line and it would be $102 to clear the line. We agreed to this and he went to work to clear the line. He came back up 20 minutes later and informed us the condensation catch pan was cracked and this was cause of the water leak. The tech quoted us $2600 to replace the catch pan and A coil. We declined this repair, because I figured I can patch the crack. When I broke the drain line loose from the catch pan I noticed the drain line was completely clogged which was causing the water to back up and spill onto the floor. I called allegiance back and told them their technician did not clear the line and have someone come back out. Different technician came out and replaced the entire condensation line for $263 which fixed the water leak without changing catch pan. The first technician
