I had Norm's over to the house a few weeks ago. I had tried to snake my pipe, but had no luck with whatever was clogging my basement drain. I was worried I would have a killer bill and major work needed, but the young man was reassuring and had the drain cleared in an hour. The price tag was incredibly reasonable, and I'm glad I have a trustworthy plumber to call next time.

I can't say enough about Norm's and Brandon. They arrived on time and completed a water heater install in an hour.
