All American Heating & Cooling is a great company to work with for a new AC install and then the one year maintenance program cleaning the external unit. Trent was the most honest and non-salesy company I met with prior to installing and I had about 6 estimates come through. I ended up with a highly reliable Trane unit that replaced my Trane unit that was running for 20+ years. I can't recommend All American H&C more based on service, value, honesty, reliability and work performed. Trent is also so responsive that I didn't have to wait on the one-year maintenance package that came with my unit purchase. It was pushed a year due to Covid and he still honored the service. I have used All American several times over the past 10 years. He put in a new AC unit at my old house. I asked about getting one with more tonnage but he told me it was important to get the right size for my space. He had a chance to sell me something more expensive (because of my lack of knowledge) and he did not. He has fixed our old furnace. And in our new house, converted our all electric to a gas home and installed a brand new high efficiency AC/Furnace system. I love what I have in my house now. Recently, he also showed up at 10pm on a Saturday night to fix my thermostat issue and only charged me a very reasonable (a lot less than expected) service fee. Compared to other companies he is often less expensive. He is very experienced and isn't sending some newbie out to my house to do the job. All of the work is quality and he backs his work. His word is good. I have never written a review for a contractor before. I have been so pleased to find a good, reasonable and honest person
