Carter's My Plumber - Plumbers Indianapolis, Water Heater Repair

I was blown away with my experience with Carter's My Plumber. I had a number of issues arise from using another plumber and I won't be making that mistake again. Carter's came in to fix those issues as well as some other work and over the course of a few visits, I couldn't be more impressed & happy with the work. There were multiple plumbers who came out and each was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were clearly dedicated from the start to work until everything was resolved and I was 100% satisfied. Their prices are super reasonable and the work is the absolute highest quality. Larry came out for our estimate this morning and couldn't have been any friendlier or professional. Great guy. Within a couple of hours, a certified plumber was out to our home installing our new water heater. Great value, great products, great people. Joe (plumber) was also very professional, kind, and did a great job explaining and answering all of our questions. 100% recommend. Nice work all around. There is a reason they're known as the best.
