Carter's My Plumber - Plumbers Indianapolis, Water Heater Repair

I called Carter's to install a water softening system and two new toilets in my new home. Getting an estimate was easy and low-stress, and I was able to get service scheduled in the same week! Jarred was very courteous, punctual, and professional. When he encountered an issue with the installation of one of the toilets, he notified me of the issue right away and explained my options clearly. He was very upfront on which options were most likely to work and which were more likely to cause problems in the long run. My life is unbelievably hectic due to my job and the usual chaos of moving house, but Carter's made at least one aspect much easier. I know some people complain about the pricing, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for, and Carter's is worth it.

He presented multiple options and gave me the choice of which option I would like him to start with based on price. I will definitely use Carter’s My Plumber for all my future needs.
