Due to multiple wind storms over the years I had points of damage to my roof that I had patched several times by other roofing companies. I contacted Eads because most of the other houses on my street had already utilized Eads for their roof replacements. Rob was great and worked with my insurance to get a full roof replacement. We started the process in the spring but once summer came and the temperatures rose we decided to postpone the installation until the weather cooled a bit. I was traveling and had a busy schedule through the summer so Rob checked in with me regularly and he completely worked around my time schedule without rushing me. The roof was installed in early September and they did an excellent job! I am thrilled with the result and would definitely use Eads again for any roofing repairs. I called requesting an estimate on a roof replacement. Gino answered and gave me answers to all my questions. He was extremely polite and had answers for all of my questions with detail. I am confident that I will use him for my next project.
