The sales rep was working with a client across the street and recognized that our shingles might be a candidate for roof replacement since the shingle brand had discontinue. Upon inspection there was damage and a lot of it. Even though roof never leaked I just assume you don’t have hail damage. Fast forward they basically took over and worked with the insurance very seamless. Communication from the scheduler and follow up was excellent. All companies are probably just as good but in my experience the measure is how they take care of issues after the sale. A hiccup… during a power wash by a painter we found a leak. Once they were contact they came out to review and back to repair ( appears a piece of flashing dislodged ) We’ll use them again and recommend them highly. I called requesting an estimate on a roof replacement. Gino answered and gave me answers to all my questions. He was extremely polite and had answers for all of my questions with detail. I am confident that I will use him for my next project.
