I am on my second home and this is my second roof replacement. While I have no real complaints about the company that replaced the roof on my first home I decided to shop around more than I did 10 years ago. And I’m so glad I did. Right away I could see the difference between the companies and how Gladiator takes care of their customers, from the responsiveness of my estimator to the speed and skill with which the job was completed. From our first meeting Shane Hawk and Gladiator Roofing made me feel like a priority. The diagnosis wasn’t ideal but not unexpected as I had three different roofing companies who had already told me the same thing. And while I could have hired any one of those companies (including the one who did my first roof) Gladiator was the clear stand out. Right away I felt comfortable with Shane as he dealt with me honestly and fairly and worked with me to get the most I could out of my money.
