The crew did a good job and Dan was very courteous and thoughtful about working in and around the house. The office and work crew both need to work on communicating with homeowner. They were slow or didn't respond to many requests regarding the job scheduling. The crew was very late starting one day and we didn't get any phone call, etc. however they did complete the work on time as promised. Service: Mold remediation
Crawl space insulation removal due to squirrel damage, encapsulation painting of all surfaces, and moisture barrier replacement. Danny and Cody were great, explained the process, and executed the work quickly and professionally. The project site was cleaner after they left than I had it before they started. I would recommend Indiana Residential for crawl space remediation work.
