The guys came to my house to assess my problem with a toilet that other plumbers could not figure out. After checking out everything over and over, they finally decided it had to be a leak in the toilet itself. Of course, I was sure that was not the problem and resisted. However they were able to show me that red dye was disappearing in an almost invisible spot in the bottom of the toilet. They were very patient with me and certainly were thorough. Tim, Micah, Joe, and Nick were all wonderful! Micah and Nick worked hard to help me. Tim and Joe answered all of my questions in very simple terms to help me understand what was going on, they were very knowledgeable and confident and that put me at ease. An experience with a previous plumber at another company, while they were kind, did not measure up. I felt like these guys cared about helping and making sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on and what my options were. They also made sure I knew what each thing they did would cost, which I was told by the other company wouldn’t be able to happen until they did the work, which can obviously be very scary. I never once felt pressured to do anything, I was given knowledge and estimates in order to make my decisions. I really appreciated their professionalism, help, kindness, and their excellent manners. Kevin was service tech. He was on time, very professional and efficient . He worked the problem quickly and with knowledge. He took appropriate precautions by locating the shut off valves before starting the work.
