Tim, Micah, Joe, and Nick were all wonderful! Micah and Nick worked hard to help me. Tim and Joe answered all of my questions in very simple terms to help me understand what was going on, they were very knowledgeable and confident and that put me at ease. An experience with a previous plumber at another company, while they were kind, did not measure up. I felt like these guys cared about helping and making sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on and what my options were. They also made sure I knew what each thing they did would cost, which I was told by the other company wouldn’t be able to happen until they did the work, which can obviously be very scary. I never once felt pressured to do anything, I was given knowledge and estimates in order to make my decisions. I really appreciated their professionalism, help, kindness, and their excellent manners.
