We recently moved to the area. Finding a service that you trust without digging into your life savings is super intimidating, but I get the sense that every person I've spoken with genuinely cares about the problems we're facing and wants to help us fix it or figure how to fix it at a really amazing price. We want to give a special shoutout to Dennis. He's been our technician over the last week and he's not only incredibly kind, but thorough and communicative. He tells you exactly what he's doing, why he's done it that way, and what he'll do next if needed. He had to come out multiple times sometimes on the same day and did it without question. I work in the HVAC business, and over the past 25+ years I've seen good and bad HVAC contractors and everything in between. We have been disappointed with many of the contractors we've hired in the past but are happy we found Masters. During a spring service call, the tech determined the cooling issues correctly compared to past contractors who were unable to fix the issue. After repairing, we discussed future of the system and scheduled a followup sales visit. Dave was on time and thorough and communicated very well, providing a proposal to replace our 12 year old system and add some new duct runs. We scheduled installation for a later date, for which they coordinated with me as the time approached. Everyone showed up on time, was respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves. The install crew worked with me to understand where we wanted additional duct runs, and communicated minor issues as they arose so we could make quick decisions on the installation. Great job guy

Our water heater started leaking over the weekend. They called early Monday morning and were able to install that day. They ran out of the water heater that I had been quoted for a few months go and instead of charging me more they gave me a free upgrade and honored a current coupon.
