I had Gabriel come and do a service call on my A/C unit and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he did clearly and was extremely positive and polite. Would definitely recommend him next time. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
Mike was very knowledgeable. I was in the process of selling my home and an issue was found during the inspection. Masters confirmed it but also went the extra mile. They found that there was still a warranty that I did not know existed. Then when getting the part was going delay the close they found it elsewhere but faster and still honored the warranty. The work was done and I closed on time. I would recommend them highly. My realtor was so impressed she is going to recommend them to other clients. Services: Heating system repair, Installation
