I don't typically enjoy door to door encounters, however this one came with a new roof. Jack, from Porter, was going around door to door in my area, with date information about a specific storm that brought hail to the area. He asked us if we would want him to take a look at our roof to see if there was any hail damage that we might use as a reason to have the insurance company fund a new roof. He discovered that our roof was badly damaged from hail and with pure enthusiasm, he told me he was sure he could get us a new roof. Within minutes he was leading a call with my insurance adjuster with all of the information he needed. Meanwhile, he coached me through my minimal talking points to make this as easy as possible for me.
